Full Term and Conditions

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with all other communications, including advertising or promotional items. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating with as an International Trade Consultant all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Eligibility: The promotion is open internationally to entrants aged 18 or over only, Excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, their agents, and anyone else professionally and directly connected with the running and marketing of the promotion and the provision of the prizes pertaining within the forex market givaway's.
2. Promotional Period: Entries must be received between within the lotted time of each giveaway.
3. Internet access and proof of opening a real account with our broker are required.
4. Entry instructions: To enter the promotion register with GTF recommended Broker within the Promotional Period. Visit www.globaltradesforex.com GIVEAWAY and enter your personal details, and traders ID. Depositing a minimum of $50 and trading within the registered account is compulsory to qualify for our giveaway's.
5. The Promoter will not accept:
   • Responsibility for entries that are late, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt, lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, hardware or software failure of any kind or any other reason.

              6.  If it becomes apparent that either entrant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter using identities other than their own, or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants will be disqualified by us as International Trade Consultant and prize entitlement will be void. Entrants are advised to take care when entering their details; The Promoter is not responsible for mistypes. 

               7. Eligible products: 

Registration within our broker with provided link and depositing of minimum Of $50 for forex market trading. 

 8. Winner selection and notification: After the closing date of any promotion, winners will be selected at random via an automated algorithm.  

• Winners will be contacted via email by the Promoter as International Trade Consultant within 3 calendar days of the draw. They will have 10 calendar days to respond to the winner notification email. Although the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners, if they do not respond within this period, it will be deemed that the winner has refused the prize and any price related to forex market giveaway's.

               9. By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a winner, his or her surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

              10. Entrants must enter the Promotion using their legal name. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter  will require such information that it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

             11. Where a Winner has been found to be in breach of any of these Terms and      Conditions and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions, the Promoter may nevertheless still enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to the      Promoter of any Prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or winner in question.

             12. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration,      security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion or any      Experience, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or any Experience.

              13. To ensure fairness and the integrity of the promotion to all participants, the Promoter will not enter into discussions regarding the running of this promotion via social media but will respond to questions via email.

             14. Prize winner may be required to take part in publicity in relation to the Promotion with no further recompense.

             15. The rules of this promotion are subject to the legal and regulatory restrictions imposed under Latvian law and the parties to any dispute or action shall      submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Latvian courts

              16. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions, and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

               17. Data Protection: By entering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter’s partners for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the participant has consented. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679)  (GDPR) and any national implementing laws, regulations, and secondary legislation to the GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018.
